Reviews for Oster CG100 Electric Cheese Grater (Kitchen) I acquired this as a gift, but I'm bearing in mind returning it after three days of use. The thought is excellent. The ease of use is very good.

However, it is a just about unnecessary machine. The motor is significantly underpowered and has plenty of trouble grating hard cheeses like parmesan. I tried using each drums, in case the finer drum was once 'too fine', but it surely still took about three minutes to grate about 1/4 cup of cheese with the coarse drum.

For now, I'm sticking with my Microplane.
