Watch the blade when cleaning may be very sharp a fillet glove could be a just right idea for the hand that deal withs it and dangles the meat. Only thing is the motor might use a little bit extra power it obtained slightly heat slicing up eight lbs of meat 1/4" wide for my jerky. I would counsel it for any person. Have about 40 lbs of deer left to do any issues with it i'll publish them.

I would prefer that slices be completely separated from the laptop.
